MISSION

The main focus of Akdeniz University, Faculty of Architecture, Department of Industrial Design is to have the basic knowledge and skills required for the discipline of Industrial Design, to have developed visual perception and environmental awareness, to be able to create and abstract concepts, to develop products by visualizing the concepts they created, to take individual responsibility as well as to take individual responsibility in team work. To train sensitive, creative and responsible industrial designers who can take part in interdisciplinary interaction, follow and suggest developing technologies, and have international competence and communication skills.
